Our Lady of Guadalupe, intercede for us to God, the creator of the heavens and earth.  Protect us.  Crush, stamp out and destroy the power of the evil serpent Satan as was foretold, "She is to crush your head, while you lie in wait at her heel (Gen. 3:14, 15).  For Our Lord God said to the serpent . . . I will establish a feud between thee and the woman, between your offspring and hers.  We know Mary's words to Juan Diego are her words to all her children, "I am your merciful Mother, the Mother of all who live united in this land, and of all mankind, of all those who love me, of those who cry to me, of those who seek me, of those who have confidence in me.  Here I will hear their weeping, their sorrow and will remedy and alleviate their sufferings, necessities and misfortunes.  Listen, my dear little son.  Do not be troubled or weighed down with grief.  Do not fear any illness or vexation, anxiety or pain.  Am I not here who am your Mother?  Are you not under my shadow and protection?  Am I not your fountain of life?  Are you not in the folds of my mantle?  In the crossing of my arms?  Is there anything else you need?"  (Mention your needs)
